- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pour out the entire can of crushed pineapple, juice and all, into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the pineapple.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut over the buttered cake mix if using.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
