  3. Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the pineapple.
  4. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix.
  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut over the buttered cake mix if using.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
