Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Combine the sugar and eggs in a bowl until smooth and fluffy.
- Melt the butter and whisk in cocoa powder, then add to the sugar mixture.
- Add in vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Sift in the flour and salt, folding until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
