- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or your favorite sauce
- 1 cup mixed greens (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out the tortillas and spoon an even amount of the chicken mixture onto each one. Add mixed greens if desired, then fold in the sides and roll them tightly.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the wraps seam side down, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. Let cool for a minute before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas and consider adding vegetables. The filling can be customized with various sauces and cheese types.
