Description

A simple and warm dessert made with tender, air-fried apples drizzled with maple syrup and sprinkled with cinnamon, perfect for autumn evenings.


Ingredients

  • 2 red apples (such as Pink Lady, Honey Crisp, or Gala), peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch bite-sized cubes
  • 2 Tbsp real maple syrup (divided)
  • 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Toss the peeled and cubed apples with 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  3. Transfer the apple mixture into the preheated air fryer basket; air fry for 10-14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. Drizzle with the remaining 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup before serving.

Notes
