Description

Deliciously healthy veggie chips made from zucchini, carrots, and sweet potatoes, perfect for snacking.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Wash the zucchinis, carrots, and sweet potato thoroughly. Thinly slice the veggies into 1/8-inch pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, toss sliced veggies with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  3. Place the veggie slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the basket and adjust cooking time according to your air fryer model for best results. Experiment with different spices for added flavor.
