  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Once it starts to brown, add the chopped onions and sliced mushrooms. Cook until the onions are translucent and the mushrooms are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
