- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup yogurt (optional)
- Chopped nuts for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, diced apple, and cinnamon. If you’re adding sweetness, drizzle in the honey or maple syrup.
- Give everything a good stir to ensure that the oats are fully incorporated with the milk and your ingredients are evenly distributed.
- If you’d like some extra creaminess, fold in the yogurt now.
- Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight (or at least for 4 hours).
- In the morning, give your oats a good stir and add more milk if you prefer them thinner. Top with chopped nuts and enjoy!
Notes
