- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into thin fries
- 3 tbsp olive oil (or your favorite cooking oil)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the seasoned fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and quickly sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before baking. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
