Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (200g each)
3/4 cup homemade bbq sauce
1 cup uncooked quinoa
1/2 small head red cabbage
1/2 cup tahini yogurt
Broccoli (as needed)
Sweet potatoes (as needed)

Cilantro (optional)
Instructions
Cook quinoa according to package instructions
Roast broccoli at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes
Caramelize sweet potatoes
Marinate chicken breast in 1/3 cup bbq sauce for 15 minutes
Grill chicken over medium heat 5-6 minutes per side until 165°F, basting with remaining sauce
