Ingredients

- 1 lb beef flank steak, sliced thinly
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk the soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, cornstarch, and minced garlic together until smooth.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the sliced beef, cooking for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
- Sauté the broccoli in the same skillet for about 3 minutes, then return the beef, add the sauce, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
