Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef flank steak, sliced thinly
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk the soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, cornstarch, and minced garlic together until smooth.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the sliced beef, cooking for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté the broccoli in the same skillet for about 3 minutes, then return the beef, add the sauce, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
