- 2 cups cooked pasta

- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- Drain excess fat, then add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in black beans, diced tomatoes, cooked pasta, corn, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and heat through for about 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, let sit a few minutes, then serve.
