  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (any flavor)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, dry stuffing mix, eggs, water, and half of the ketchup. Mix until just combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture into a greased loaf pan or mold it on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spread the remaining ketchup over the top.
  4. Bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.

Notes

Allow the meatloaf to rest for about 5 minutes before slicing to keep the juices in. You can use ground turkey instead of beef for a leaner option.
