- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Dill pickles, sliced
- Slider buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, until browned (about 6-8 minutes).
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard to make the special sauce.
- Cut slider buns in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
- Spread the sauce on the buns, add the cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickle slices.
- Place the top buns on and brush with mayonnaise.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and tops are golden.
