Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Dill pickles, sliced
  • Slider buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, until browned (about 6-8 minutes).
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard to make the special sauce.
  4. Cut slider buns in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
  5. Spread the sauce on the buns, add the cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickle slices.
  6. Place the top buns on and brush with mayonnaise.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and tops are golden.
