- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the special sauce: In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, finely chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well until combined.
- Cook the beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes, then add lean ground beef and cook until golden brown, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the wraps: Grab a flour tortilla, add beef mixture, drizzle with sauce, sprinkle lettuce and cheese, add pickles if desired, and wrap tightly.
