A sizzling Blackstone chicken stir-fry recipe packed with bold flavor and cooked in minutes using fresh veggies and savory sauces.
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
½ cup sliced carrots
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: sesame seeds, green onions, chili flakes
Instructions
1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
2. Add avocado oil to the hot griddle surface and spread evenly.
3. Toss sliced chicken with salt and pepper, then cook 4–5 minutes until golden.
4. Add sesame oil and vegetables on another side of the griddle.
5. Stir-fry veggies 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
6. Mix in garlic and ginger; stir to combine.
7. Drizzle soy sauce and hoisin over chicken and veggies.
8. Combine everything and cook 1–2 more minutes.
9. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top.
10. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Notes
Use leftover stir-fry in wraps or over salad.
Try swapping hoisin for teriyaki or adding pineapple for sweetness.
