  • ½ block cream cheese (4 oz)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 additional garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bruschetta: Combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Add salt and let sit.
  2. Prepare the Cheese Mixture: Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and crumbled feta until smooth. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
  3. Assemble the Dip: Spread the cheese mixture in a serving dish, top with the bruschetta mixture, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and freshly grated Parmesan.
