Description

Delicious Buffalo Cauliflower Wings that are crispy, spicy, and baked for a guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup buttermilk (or non-dairy milk)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted (or olive oil for a vegan option)
  • ⅓ cup Buffalo Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Stir in the buttermilk until thick and smooth. If too thick, add a splash more of buttermilk.
  3. Add cauliflower florets to the batter and toss to coat evenly. Place coated florets on lined baking sheets, leaving space between each piece.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, flip the wings, then bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  5. Mix melted butter with hot sauce in a bowl. Once wings are done, toss them in the Buffalo sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve warm with dipping sauce and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, feel free to adjust the spice levels with different sauces. Pair with fresh salads or veggie sticks.
