Description
Delicious Buffalo Cauliflower Wings that are crispy, spicy, and baked for a guilt-free indulgence.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup buttermilk (or non-dairy milk)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (or olive oil for a vegan option)
- ⅓ cup Buffalo Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Stir in the buttermilk until thick and smooth. If too thick, add a splash more of buttermilk.
- Add cauliflower florets to the batter and toss to coat evenly. Place coated florets on lined baking sheets, leaving space between each piece.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip the wings, then bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Mix melted butter with hot sauce in a bowl. Once wings are done, toss them in the Buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, feel free to adjust the spice levels with different sauces. Pair with fresh salads or veggie sticks.
