Instructions
- Prepare the cabbage by separating the leaves and blanching them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground meat, chopped vegetables, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Take a softened cabbage leaf, place a tablespoon of the filling in the center, and roll it tightly, folding the sides over.
- Steam the dumplings for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
