  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, reserving some pasta water before draining.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil, season chicken with Cajun seasoning, and sear until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let rest and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté bell pepper, onion, and garlic until tender. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in the drained pasta and sliced chicken, mixing until well-coated. Season to taste and serve with Parmesan cheese.

Notes
