- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté for about 5 minutes until soft. Add minced garlic and stir for another minute.
- Add ground chicken to the skillet, cooking and stirring until browned and juicy.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until heated through and flavors meld.
Notes
