- 1 pound steak tips (beef or chicken)
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked to preference. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, add heavy cream, and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Boil rigatoni according to package instructions. Once drained, add to the creamy sauce, folding in the cooked steak tips. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute with chicken and use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
