Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak tips (beef or chicken)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked to preference. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter, add heavy cream, and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  3. Boil rigatoni according to package instructions. Once drained, add to the creamy sauce, folding in the cooked steak tips. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute with chicken and use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
