- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add in the flour, oats, salt, and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the caramel sauce over the pressed mixture and sprinkle chocolate chips over the caramel.
- Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the chocolate chips.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely, slice into squares, and serve.
