- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, draining excess fat. Stir in salt, pepper, and half of the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Spread garlic butter on each tortilla, place a scoop of the beef mixture at one end, and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
