Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, draining excess fat. Stir in salt, pepper, and half of the cheddar cheese until melted.
  3. Spread garlic butter on each tortilla, place a scoop of the beef mixture at one end, and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  4. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
