Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Shred the cooked chicken and mix it with garlic aioli in a bowl.
- Lay out each tortilla and add the chicken mixture and cheese down the center.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly; toast in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Notes
Warm tortillas before rolling for easier handling. Mix different cheeses for variety.
