Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef, stirring well to combine.
- Toast the bread in another skillet with melted butter until golden brown. Flip the bread and layer on the beef mixture and shredded cheese.
- Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up, and grill until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
