Description

Warm, gooey cheese-filled rolls brushed with garlic herb butter, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 batch of pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 3-inch squares.
  3. Place a spoonful of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Melt the butter in a saucepan; add garlic, parsley, and herbs.
  6. Brush rolls with garlic herb butter and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for 2–3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
