Ingredients

- 1 batch of pizza dough
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 3-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges to seal.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan; add garlic, parsley, and herbs.
- Brush rolls with garlic herb butter and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for 2–3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
