- 1 can corn, drained
- 2 cups ready rice

- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown the lean ground beef until fully cooked and golden brown. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and salsa to the skillet, stirring well to combine.
- Stir in the ready rice and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and cover until it melts. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
