- 1 cup milk or milk substitute

- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots

- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9 × 13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the breakfast sausage or alternative in a skillet until browned and fully cooked.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
- Spread the cooked sausage across the bottom of the baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the sausage.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots evenly atop the cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the entire assembly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese generously over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes until the eggs are set and tater tots are golden brown.
- Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
