- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the shredded chicken and ranch dressing, and toss until well coated and heated through.
- Add the cooked pasta and optional broccoli to the skillet, stirring gently to coat with the ranch mixture. Add shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For a cheesier experience, reserve some cheese to add on top before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
