A comforting and easy-to-make creamy chicken broccoli rice casserole that brings the family together.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, broccoli, cooked rice, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well and pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly with a golden crust. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to use leftover chicken and experiment with different cheeses. This casserole can also be prepared ahead of time.
