- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let rest.
- Add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet, sauté until fragrant. Add the cooked noodles and toss to coat with garlic butter. Serve noodles topped with sliced chicken and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For added juiciness, substitute chicken breasts with thighs. Consider adding veggies like peas or spinach for extra nutrition.
