  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken breast and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add sliced zucchinis and bell pepper, stir-frying for another 3 to 5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Stir everything well and cook for an additional 2 minutes before serving over rice or noodles.
