Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips and crushed strawberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool.
- Dip each cookie into melted chocolate, removing excess. Decorate with fresh strawberries on top and let set.
