- 1 can cinnamon rolls (pre-made or homemade)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter (for frying)
- Maple syrup (for serving)
- Powdered sugar (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Dip each piece of cinnamon roll in the egg mixture and place in the skillet. Cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Transfer the cooked bites to a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until puffed and cooked through.
- Serve warm, drizzled with maple syrup and dusted with powdered sugar.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to two days. Freeze cooked bites for longer storage.
