- 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey for a lighter option)
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite blend)
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes, draining any excess fat.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the beef mixture into a greased baking dish, layer with corn and cheese, and top with tater tots.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until tater tots are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
