Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the chicken or vegetable broth and water. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the bok choy, carrot, and green onions to the pot. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Gently add the potstickers to the soup and cook according to package instructions or until they are heated through.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and season with ginger and garlic if using.
