Ingredients

  • 8 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 pound ground chicken sausage
  • 4 strips of crispy turkey bacon
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground chicken sausage until browned, then set aside.
  3. Add the turkey bacon to the skillet and cook until crispy, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs with salt and pepper, then scramble them in the skillet until fluffy.
  5. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and layer the scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheddar cheese on the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on and bake for about 15 minutes, until the cheese melts and tops are golden brown.
