- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of butter, softened
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, chives, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the butter mixture over them. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through, and juices run clear.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature butter for easier mixing. Don’t overcook the chicken and let it rest after baking for juicier meat.
