Description

A hearty and comforting casserole with a savory ground beef base, sweet corn, creamy soup, topped with crispy tater tots.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can corn (drained)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the drained corn and cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish, sprinkle cheese on top, and layer frozen tater tots on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
