- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can corn (drained)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the drained corn and cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a casserole dish, sprinkle cheese on top, and layer frozen tater tots on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
