Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 slices of cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 12 slider buns
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Optional toppings: pickles, mustard, or your favorite sauce
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Increase heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned (6-8 minutes). Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, then remove from heat.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice slider buns in half and place bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Spoon beef mixture onto bottom buns and top with a slice of cheese. Cover with top halves of the buns.
- Brush melted butter on top of the sliders and bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbling and buns are lightly toasted.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm.
Notes
Substitute with lean ground beef or turkey for a healthier option. Experiment with different cheese varieties.
