- 2 tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- ½ cup Half-and-half
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook penne pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the Aromatics: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add ground turkey, season, and cook until no longer pink.
