Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and slice the carrots. Chop the onion finely and mince the garlic.
- Layer the Ingredients: In your crockpot, layer the bottom with the potatoes, followed by the carrots and onion. Place the beef roast on top, then sprinkle the minced garlic over everything.
- Add the Liquid and Seasoning: Pour in the broth until the ingredients are just covered, then add Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir gently, cover, and set your crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
