Description

A flavorful hug in a bowl, packed with tender dumplings, vibrant greens, and a soothing broth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 cups greens (spinach, bok choy, or any leafy green you love)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Potstickers or dumplings (your choice—store-bought or homemade)
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Sesame oil (optional)
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, pour in the broth and bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger; let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Carefully add the potstickers and cook according to package instructions until heated through (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Stir in the greens and chopped green onions; let them wilt in the broth for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Season with soy sauce, pepper, and sesame oil if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

You can chop greens and garlic in advance to save time. For Whole-30, use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce.
