- Potstickers or dumplings (your choice—store-bought or homemade)
- Soy sauce to taste
- Sesame oil (optional)
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, pour in the broth and bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger; let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully add the potstickers and cook according to package instructions until heated through (about 5-7 minutes).
- Stir in the greens and chopped green onions; let them wilt in the broth for 2-3 minutes.
- Season with soy sauce, pepper, and sesame oil if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
You can chop greens and garlic in advance to save time. For Whole-30, use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce.
