Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken strips (or turkey bacon)
  • 1 large jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 cups canned corn, drained

  • 3 green onions, chopped

  • Optional spices (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika)

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine cream cheese, chicken strips (or turkey bacon), jalapeños, corn, and cheddar cheese.
  2. Mix well using a spatula until thoroughly combined.
  3. Set slow cooker on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until creamy and heated.
