- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz pasta (like rotini or penne)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth. Fold in mixed vegetables if using.
- Add the drained pasta to the chicken mixture, stirring until well coated. Pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs if using. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden. Let cool before serving.
