Ingredients

- 8 ounces pasta (your choice: spaghetti, penne, or fusilli)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water, then drain and keep the pasta in the pot.
- In a large skillet or the same pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes.
- Add the garlic butter and let it melt, then pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the beef and garlic butter sauce, add the Parmesan cheese and stir until well mixed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
If needed, use regular butter with minced garlic instead of garlic butter. You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or a dairy-free option.
