Description

A comforting and creamy pasta dish with ground beef and garlic butter, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces pasta (your choice: spaghetti, penne, or fusilli)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water, then drain and keep the pasta in the pot.
  2. In a large skillet or the same pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic butter and let it melt, then pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta with the beef and garlic butter sauce, add the Parmesan cheese and stir until well mixed.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

If needed, use regular butter with minced garlic instead of garlic butter. You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or a dairy-free option.
