Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
  4. Add heavy cream, scraping the browned bits, and whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
