- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally until they turn pink and opaque.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste, and let simmer for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the pan when cooking shrimp. Adjust seasonings to your preference.
