Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste, and let simmer for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
