- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour the cream into the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the cooked gnocchi and toss to coat in the sauce. Sprinkle in the feta and stir until warmed through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
