Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 packet taco seasoning
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Cilantro
Instructions
1. In a large pot, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is translucent (5-7 minutes).
2. Drain excess fat from the pot.
3. Stir in black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and chicken broth.
4. Bring to a simmer and cook uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Slowly stir in heavy cream and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot with shredded cheese, sour cream, and cilantro on top.
Notes
Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice before serving for brightness.
